FAR-MAC STEEL INDUSTRY LTD. was invested and constructed by the Indonesia Yuanda Steel Group with an investment of 150 million US dollars, and its annual designed production capacity is 750,000 tons. The group has been deeply engaged in the steel industry for 35 years. It has successively invested in more than ten steel enterprises in countries such as Indonesia, China, Thailand, the Philippines, and Bangladesh, with a total asset of over 2 billion US dollars.
The group's factory in Bangladesh is located in the Mirsarai Industrial Zone, Chittagong, covering an area of 50 acres. The company has more than 1,000 employees, including dozens of senior experts in the steel industry, quality control experts, raw material procurement experts, and more than 100 steelmaking and steel rolling technical engineers. At the same time, the company also has hundreds of local skilled workers in Bangladesh, providing a solid human resource guarantee for production and operation.
In terms of production equipment, the company has introduced the most advanced and environmentally friendly production equipment and processes in the world today. These include a 75-ton electric arc furnace, a 75-ton LF furnace, and high-speed bar and wire rod production lines. This ensures the high efficiency of the production process and the high quality of the products.
The company's main products cover two categories: construction steel and industrial steel. The construction steel includes deformed steel bars, coiled deformed steel bars, wire rods, H-beams, angle steels, channel steels, etc.; the industrial steel covers H-beams, flange plates, strip steels, wire drawing materials, base materials for PC steel bars, special angle steels and channel steels for the power industry, cofferdam plates, etc. The company focuses on the production of steel for the construction and industrial fields, as well as various special steels, providing high-quality steel solutions for various industries.
